Belt and Buckle fabric yardage requirements:
Belt
Fabric Width for belt - 3 times the width of the finished belt, example - 1” wide belt 1” x 3 = 3” width strip
Fabric Length for belt - 12" longer than the waist measurement, example - 28” waist + 12” = 40” length strip
Belt Loop Keeper
6" x 2" strip for a belt loop keeper on the straight of grain
Buckle
Two times the width and length of buckle ON THE BIAS - send two pieces of fabric in case error occurs
The width and length of each buckle is listed on the individual buckle page
The process of covering buckles includes the use of adhesive which may result in error.
This is the reason for including at least two fabric squares.
Clearly mark the right side of the fabric with chalk or safety pin
Clearly indicate on order form - size & quantity securely ATTACHED TO FABRIC
There is no minimum order for belts
